Photos will be voted on by visitors to JupiterDaily.com. Voting is cast by IP address logging. Photos will multiple votes by the same IP address/range may be disqualified if your votes are deemed to be abusing/manipulating of the system in order to win. Photos must be entered into our contest using the Submit a Photo link on our website and must be in gif, jpg or png format. Photos will be resized automatically in order to ensure timely downloads for all our website visitors. Photo may be color or black/white. Entering your photo means you grant JupiterDaily.com permission to publish the photo and your name on the web site and any additional publications announcing winners. Winner’s photos become the property of JupiterDaily.com Contest. Employees of JupiterDaily.com and their families are not eligible to participate. Professional photos may be submitted if the copyright of said photo is owned by the submitter. We may require you to send a letter relinquishing those copyrights.
